I had mentioned that we were staying there for my son's first birthday and when we first arrived, we walked into balloons, a decorated high-chair, and even some gifts for him. It truly made the start of our trip amazing and the whole stay felt like a second home. We would 1000% stay there again and recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the Siesta Keys area."

"Lauren was our point of communication for this home, and she was friendly and responsive throughout. The house was clean and looked brand new inside and out. But what really stood out was Lauren's thoughtfulness — she had a Christmas card and cookies on the kitchen island waiting for our arrival. "We are so grateful to have found Mario and Lauren's AirBnB after being informed our original rental was still under construction from Helene. I consider it a blessing in disguise as the condo was amazing — perfect for 2 — very peaceful, quiet but yet within walking distance to dining and of course, the beach. My husband and I agree it was definitely the cleanest rental we have experienced over many years of traveling to Siesta Key. The condo was well equipped for beach rest and relaxation with lots of suggestions provided for other outings. Mario also gets the highest rating for communication as it was stellar making us feel very welcome and at home. The tabletop card game was a huge hit. So much so, I purchased it for gifts. We would love to return and highly recommend Mario and Lauren's condo for an amazing seaside getaway."

What really impressed me were the little extras: toys and books that made my kids feel right at home, and the amazing host, Lauren, who went out of her way to bring us blackout shades at 8pm because we had forgotten ours. That thoughtful gesture made bedtime so much easier! The location couldn't have been better — close to every store imaginable, minutes from Siesta Key, and only about a 30-minute drive to Anna Maria. The pool was another highlight of our stay; we enjoyed its perfect warmth every day. If given the chance, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to book this place again!"

"We had a fantastic stay at Lauren's Airbnb in Sarasota! We were visiting with my 2 babies and Lauren has the place completely accommodated to our needs! She had 2 pack n plays for us, a high chair, a kids play mat for the floor, toys and all of the pool and beach essentials for both adults and children! In addition to that, the space itself was beautifully renovated, had lots of floor space, comfortable beds, great clothing storage and an incredible back pool and deck lanai! To top it all off, Lauren reached out to us in advance regarding any allergies and the very thoughtful and generous welcome basket that included breakfast essentials and snacks was peanut-free to accommodate one of our children's allergies! We were very impressed and would love to stay here again on a future trip!"

While scrolling through different rentals for the area, we decided to go with Mario & Lauren's rental, and I'm so glad that we did! Mario and Lauren are very responsive, had excellent recommendations for everything from breakfast to dinner to best beach access etc. The place was also located in a great area, and was beautiful on the inside and very clean.
